Tanya DiSarro
Registered Employee Benefits Consultant – Benefits Analysist and Account Executive
Tanya is an experienced benefits administrator dedicated to helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs, bringing a personal touch to every partnership. Her favorite part of her work are the relationships she has forged along the way, with both clients and her carrier representatives. Tanya has her Master’s of Library and Information Science from Kent State University, and is a member of the National Assoication of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP). She completed her REBC certification in 2025.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her kids (Matthew, Rachele, and Anthony) and can often be found on a soccer pitch somewhere, either as a Soccer Mom or as the Referee. She’s a dedicated fan of the Columbus Crew – you will find her at every home game in the Nordecke.
