Founded in 2009, C&A Benefits Group is an independent benefits consulting firm headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. The firm was established with a mission to deliver a higher level of service to employers while always acting in the best interests of its clients. Since its founding, C&A Benefits Group has focused on helping organizations of all sizes design and manage smarter employee benefits programs.
The company specializes in self-funded benefits strategies and provides a comprehensive “one-source solution” that integrates employee benefits, payroll, and human resources operations. By streamlining these critical functions, C&A Benefits Group helps employers reduce administrative complexity while improving the value and quality of their benefits programs.
Founder and President Christina King launched the firm after several years of experience working with regional firms across the Midwest. Her industry expertise and commitment to a world-class service model helped establish the firm’s strong reputation and drive its early growth.
Under Christina’s leadership, C&A Benefits Group has become recognized for its innovative approach to health plan design. Christina is a certified Health Rosetta Advisor and has played a key role in developing multiple community health plans in Ohio. She is also a contributing author to the Amazon bestselling book
Fixing American Healthcare. In both 2024 and 2025, Christina and the C&A team were recognized by Health Rosetta for building some of the best health plans in America.
In 2020, the company entered its next phase of growth when Christina’s sons, Cameron Briggs and Jason King, joined the business as second-generation owners. Together, they have continued to expand C&A Benefits Group’s services, growing its payroll and employee benefits offerings to support employers nationwide while maintaining the firm’s founding commitment to transparency, innovation, and client advocacy.
