Ryan brings over 15 years of employee benefits administration expertise, progressing from the technical side at bswift to his current role at C&A Benefits Group. Throughout his career, he has worn many hats—leading account management, building teams, driving business development, and delivering corporate training.
Ryan is licensed with the Department of Insurance and holds a degree in Education from The Ohio State University. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, grilling with friends, and coaching his daughters' basketball, soccer, and lacrosse teams.
