Chad Roberts

Chad started his C&A career as a Benefits Coordinator and now manages small to mid-size groups and self-funded insurance clients. He is well versed in COBRA, FSA and HRA administration, while conducting benefit audits and open enrollments. Chad develops close relationships with his clients and has great communication skills that come from his experience in operations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northern Kentucky University.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing softball and volleyball as well as coaching baseball and conducting individual batting lessons. He ends his days going home to his sweet puppy Sage.
